Returns & Exchanges

At Cockaign, every fragrance is crafted with exceptional care and delivered with the highest standards of quality. Due to the nature of luxury perfumes, our returns and exchanges policy is outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To maintain product integrity and hygiene:

  • Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear images or video showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).

  • If the product is unavailable, a suitable alternative or store credit may be offered.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for approved cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales

  • Gift cards or complimentary items

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by Cockaign.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all other approved cases.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
